What you receive
Your purchase provides a DRM-free EPUB for your personal use. Copyright remains with the rights holder. You may keep personal backups and read your copy on compatible devices. Please do not upload, sell, or redistribute the file.
Personalization
Each EPUB carries the name you supply at checkout and a unique copy ID, both in a visible notice and in the book’s metadata. Your email address is not included in that personalization. The name you enter is used as supplied; it is not identity verification. The file remains DRM-free.
Payment and delivery
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are displayed before payment. Stripe processes payment details. After confirmed payment, we prepare your personal files and provide private download access on your order page and by email. Delivery can take a few minutes.
Download access
Private order links expire after 30 days, and individual download buttons after 15 minutes. You can request a fresh order link using the email address associated with your purchase. Already downloaded EPUBs do not expire. Keep your private links secure.
Problems, duplicates, and refunds
If a file is faulty, delivery fails, you purchased twice by mistake, or you need a refund, contact author@paigeweaver.com with your order number so we can help. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. A refunded or disputed order may lose access to future downloads; downloaded files cannot be remotely erased.
How purchase information is used
We keep your name, email address, purchased titles, payment references, copy IDs, and order status in private order records to deliver purchases, provide support, and maintain business records. Stripe processes payment information, and our email provider receives information needed to send purchase and recovery emails. Our website does not store your payment-card number.
Your purchase email is used for order-related messages. Buying a book does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Purchase records and backups are kept outside the public website. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion where applicable, email author@paigeweaver.com. Some records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations.
